President Trump’s legal team appeared yesterday in front of the Arizona state legislature to allege that a significant amount of voter fraud took place in the state as stories continue to come to light about how votes were manipulated across much of the country.
Among those in attendance were Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis, who provide legal counsel for the president. Giuliani opened his remarks by noting that the allegedly fraudulent election process is an extension of the way socialist-leaning politicians are slowly but surely eroding Americans’ personal liberties.
Ellis said that Trump’s team is not trying to get the legislature to overturn the elections results. Instead, she said that they should not certify results that are allegedly fraudulent.
One of the witnesses for the Trump legal team was Colonel Phil Waldron, a cybersecurity expert. He said that the U.S. is a victim of “information warfare.” He warned that Dominion’s voting machines are vulnerable to on-site manipulation as well as hacking and spoke about potential voter fraud in Maricopa and Pima counties, the two most populous counties in the state. Part of the problem, according to Colonel Waldron, is that the machines could be connected to the internet, posing a severe security risk. Dominion reps claim that isn’t possible.
He also said a Maricopa County official claimed the county failed to validate the signatures on some ballots, leading to the potential for fraud involving 1.9 million votes. In addition, Colonel Waldron said a witness from Pima County reported that votes had been “embedded” in some precincts to help Biden win.
An anonymous whistleblower reportedly provided information to the Department of Justice indicating that around 35,000 fraudulent votes were added to the vote totals of each Democratic candidate. The whistleblower is said to be a Pima County tech support provider who attended a meeting with Democratic Party officials where a presentation was shown about the embedded votes; no phones or recording devices were permitted into the meeting.
The whistleblower has not decided to come forward to give a sworn affidavit about what he saw, however.
Another witness, a provisional ballot clerk, testified that the state had directed her to let unregistered individuals vote.
Giuliani stated: “You also had numerous situations of your workers, your citizens, observing the poll officials helping people vote to the point of telling them who to vote for. Poll workers being observed changing votes, taking ambiguous votes and making sure they were cast for Biden.”
Meanwhile, in Greenlee County, a so-called “faulty upload” led to around 6,000 votes for Trump being incorrectly assigned to Biden.
In Arizona, Biden “won” by a very narrow margin – just over 10,000 votes, which represents just three tenths of 1 percent of the vote. The state has 11 electoral votes. Biden is the first Democrat presidential candidate to win in Arizona since 1996.
On Monday, Arizona certified its results in favor of Biden despite the Trump team’s concerns, and all the evidence presented.
Ellis tweeted: “The certification of Arizona’s FALSE results is unethical and knowingly participating in the corruption that has disenfranchised AZ voters. BUT, this in no way impacts the state legislature’s ability to take back the proper selection of delegates.”
Trump’s legal team will continue to push ahead with its challenges and stand up for the right of all Americans to free and fair elections despite tremendous opposition from a clearly rigged system, the mainstream media, and social media.
