If Robert Mueller really was conducting a legitimate investigation he’d have already filed charges against his deep state friends at the Justice Department

The investigation of alleged “Russia collusion” and 2016 election interference by special counsel Robert Mueller has expanded so far beyond that original mandate it’s become obvious it was never really his purpose for being appointed in the first place.

No, Mueller’s job has been from the outset to ignore “collusion” and election tampering because it never happened: The collusion narrative was fabricated 100 percent by the Obama-run Deep State to entangle the 2016 Trump campaign and then, after he shocked them all by winning, to undermine his presidency for its duration.

And none other than fired FBI Director James Comey – along with his one-time deputy, Rod Rosenstein, who remains in his post – made sure that Mueller was appointed.

You may recall that, during congressional testimony in 2017, Comey admitted to lawmakers he leaked what was quite probably a classified document regarding conversations he had with the president specifically to spur a special counsel investigation. Lo and behold, that’s exactly what he got, thanks to Rosenstein.

And wouldn’t you know it would be Mueller – long-time friend and colleague.

Speaking of Comey, and speaking of Comey’s actions in all of this, he might want to get himself a good lawyer, if he hasn’t already. And maybe Rosenstein as well.

Rep. John Ratcliffe, R-Texas, dropped a bombshell earlier this week during an appearance on Fox News in which he revealed something not known publicly up to this point: That none of the four FISA court applications filed by the FBI and Justice Department to spy on Trump campaign figure Carter Page mentioned recently-demoted DoJ official Bruce Ohr or his wife Nellie Ohr, which is a criminal act.

Here’s why.

Will any of these criminals ever be indicted?

“We know very clearly, and it’s not in dispute, that Bruce Ohr had more than 60 contacts with Christopher Steele, and his wife was retained and paid to create the [bogus Russia] dossier with Christopher Steele,” Ratcliffe explained, as reported by CNS News.

Steele, you may recall, was an FBI informant contracted by Fusion GPS to write the dossier – which was bought and paid for by the Democratic National Committee and the Hillary Clinton campaign.

The dossier was used to justify the four FISA warrants, which were signed by fired Deputy Attorney Sally Yates, fired FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, Comey, and Rosenstein.

Ratcliffe said none of the FISA applications, which he has seen in their unredacted forms, mentioned a) that the dossier was unproven political opposition research; or b) that senior DoJ official Bruce Ohr was in regular contact with Steele; or c) that Nellie Ohr worked for the research firm that produced it.

In other words, Ratcliffe is saying that these individuals conspired to hide this information from the FISA court judges who were charged with approving the applications because they knew that disclosing the information would cause the secretive court to reject the applications.

Purposely withholding information from the FISA court to spy on an American citizen – the only reason to go to the court – is supposed to be against the law.

“Those are the definitions of material facts, and why it comes into play, Martha is, was this just Bruce Ohr and his wife?” Ratcliffe, a former U.S. attorney, asked Fox News’ Martha McCallum. “Or who at the Department of Justice and who at the FBI was aware of this information? When did they become aware of it, because it goes to those four separate FISA applications and the information that was sworn to before those judges.”

Rosenstein should be in hot water too. Ratcliffe said he has testified under oath before Congress he had no idea that Bruce Ohr was involved in the Russia investigation.

AG Jeff Sessions has assigned U.S. attorney for Utah John Huber to look into these FISA abuses, but he hasn’t even interviewed Ohr yet.

Is there anyone at the DoJ not too compromised or personally conflicted who will indict these co-conspirators?
